Your profile:
- Completed training as a wholesale merchant
- Experience in working with ERP and CRM software
- Good written and spoken English language skills
- Enjoy service, teamwork, good communication skills, independence
Your tasks include:
- Customer and supplier support in the office
- Preparing quotations (also across departments for complete packaging materials)
- Creating purchase orders, orders, delivery notes and invoices
- Managing customer requirements and specifications (e.g. technical drawings, print images)
- Support and process complaints
- Organising transport (import and export)
